I recently found Brittany’s podcast while in my postpartum funk. I was desperate for motivation to start working out again and eat well again. She was just starting an 8 week challenge and without thinking I joined. Now on my morning run I listen to her show and she keeps me motivated… because I’m a stay at home mom too! Being fit and feeling good is not unattainable and and this gal walks you through it every step of the way!
