Straight to the point
This podcast has a lot of great content for learning to count macros as well as tips and tricks for being successful. I also enjoy the fitness tips as I work out from home. I love starting my morning commute with this podcast as it’s a great way to get focused for the week. Unlike other podcasts, her episodes are short and straight to the point without a lot of sidebar discussions that don’t apply to the topics. For anyone interested in the subjects and short on time I highly recommend!
