“The lesson here is being safe to have the conversation about the doubts of what we have been taught and have been teaching. As most social groups whether religious,political, or academic circles, it is easier to shun or chastise a person who stands up, and asks an honest question and not accept the status quo answer when the facts show otherwise. Society cannot leap forward when we just accept what we are taught and not challenge even when we see the evidence contradicts it.
The fear of loosing the social circle we are in keeps us from standing up when everyone is sitting down. This is not true freedom and those relationships are conditional. Be free and think for yourself.”
