Yep, these guys continue to be amazing. Avid listener and I sell everyone I can on this podcast. Genuinely look forward to every episode put out on the main show and on their Patreon. Love their distinct takes, personal flavor, debate, ball busting, and knowledge and appreciation of all (most?) things movie related. September 7, 2020 update: STILL absolutely love this podcast, it’s become a part of my weekly routine and I look forward to every single episode. These guys are so solid, have a great flow and banter, and the segments are solid (including the superhero count, which seems to be a little controversial as of a few recent episodes...you’ve got my vote, Henry.) I’m practically through the entire back catalogue now, and for any new listeners there are a TON of incredible episodes you can catch up on. Their Patreon is also very solid. I’ve thrown some extra cash their way to have The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Franchise covered and something later this September which I’m VERY excited about. They do a great job with the requests, and I’ve got a few more on deck... If you’re looking for a podcast that is consistently funny, entertaining, informed, and one where you might actually pick up some new bits of trivia and get exposed to movies outside of your comfort zone...this is it. ******************** Original review: I love this podcast. I have been BINGING for about 3 weeks and I can not get enough. Started off with the T2 episode (my fav movie) and I have been on a runaway train with these guys since. Daniel took about 20 minutes to appreciate, at first I found him very grating, now I view him as a podcast treasure. Henry is a perfect balance in his “straight-man” role, while delivering a ton of dry humor. I have been spreading the word as much as I can. Loved the Halloween episodes. One of my fav lines from any episode is Daniel’s synopsis of Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers. “So it’s the night before Halloween and someone gets the bright idea to transfer Michael Myers to another sanitarium...”. Delivery was great, love his ability to comedically boil down film plots in a completely dismissive tone. 5 stars across the board. Keep ‘em coming boys. Speaking of, the bit on the 7 minute montage during Behind the Green Door had me pissing.”
