“After listening to The Froth for the first time while out for a quick walk, and then accidentally walking 14km because I was having so much fun I just kept walking, I decided to try it instead of music while running. This is the first podcast I have ever listened to while running - the things I have learned are that laughing out loud while running makes you a) out of breath quicker, and b) look like a mentalist. This definitely makes it easier to persuade myself out in the first place though! Absolutely love it.”
