Listen now
Description
This week Brit speaks with John C Pollard about the emerging part-time and project-based employment arrangements for leaders, known as Fractional Job Roles. John C Pollard is a marketing advisor, professional musician, independent recording artist, and dreamer.  He spent most of his 30-year career in a variety of marketing and consulting roles for Fortune 50 companies like SAP and JP Morgan Chase, as well as for agencies and private-equity backed start ups.  John considers himself a life-long learner and has a soft spot for managing high-capacity creative teams. He continues to advise select clients on how to present a clear, consistent, and unique brand to the marketplace while he seeks to inspire fellow dreamers to ignore their inner critic and get after their craft.  Recently, John has doubled down on his musical calling, performing both professionally in a regional band and releasing his own original music. You can find his musical on all streaming platforms under “John C Pollard.” His works are in our show notes.
