This week Dean tosses it up with his shark tooth earring wearing homie, comedian Dante Nero aka Beige Phillip. Dante has an amazing story that began in Brooklyn living in the shadow of his Basketball legend Dad to studying genetic engineering in college, only to end up in the world of male strippers under the moniker, Mandingo. Somehow Dante maneuvered running an escort service into planting his feet in the comedy world and eventually becoming close with Patrice O'neal. What was expected to be a quick episode, turned into a welcome discussion of philosophy, psychology, the science of comedy and comics' blended influences (which is fascinating). We In The Building!
