What makes Coach Garner’s podcast unique is that the knowledge and information he shares is actually research based (which unfortunately seems to be rare in the fitness and nutrition world). These episodes have been great to listen to and have taught me quite a bit. Thanks!

Dan finds a way to simplify things and keep things clear and informative. I especially like the podcasts when he review supplements and pulls the studies to back things up. Best part it is usable content you can implement in your own day to day nutrition strategy! Thanks Dan💪 Charlie
