Erik Thompson is a beloved coach, mentor, father, son and husband. His impact on his community as head coach of the Ogden High Tigers has been immeasurable. Over the coarse of 27 years of coaching, his impact on the youth has been enormous. Erik has been diagnosed with ALS. While the effects of the disease have placed some physical limits on what he can do, his grit and determination to leave his mark on his family and his team has never been stronger. Erik talks about the power of gratitude, remembering your why, the power of a loving community and the influence that we can have on those around us when we choose to see things through an eternal perspective.
