“Really enjoying these stories and the banter. Interesting that so many people have these experiences and the similarities between them. I also found the connections to place and culture fascinating. I am recovering from surgery and Brennan’s soothing voice has helped distract me from the pain, and several times I’ve fallen asleep. Not because it wasn’t interesting, just because he has the best “bedtime story” voice. 🐻 PS. Yeah Honesty Boxes are still a thing in Aotearoa/New Zealand for roadside produce and remote camping spots.”
