Hunter and Haughey's special guests this week are Andy Healy (MD) and Jennifer MacKenzie (Co-founder and Director) of TEFL Org. Jennifer is Co-Founder and Director at The TEFL Org and Ambassador for Women’s Enterprise Scotland. After many years teaching English in Greece and France, The TEFL Org was co-founded by Jennifer in Beauly, near Inverness. It began life as a start-up in a back garden shed during the global recession and has since grown to be the market-leading and most accredited provider of the highest quality TEFL training. Andy Healy joined The TEFL Org with over 20 years’ experience in the publishing sector, building market leading, global consumer brands for Immediate Media and BBC magazines. There he headed up History, Science and Sport divisions as well as Digital editions and Podcasts. Using his expertise to grow the business, Andy is focused on delivering accessible, premium quality learning across international markets, particularly in the US.
