“This podcast was so eye-opening for me, especially having just hired new team members that need assistance in their daily tasks. At the start up of any business it can be difficult to determine what needs the most focus on what days and it is far too easy to get lost in the ”where do I start” mentality. The 3 non-negotiable tasks sound so simple now but I had never thought of it in that light before and now I have a great starting place for myself and my team members. This DMO can be customized depending on the person and what they’re working on but at least I know every day everyone will have a place to start, without me having to send a voice note or make a phone call to talk about it. This is a great way for me to be a more hands-off boss but still keeping everyone (including myself) organized and on track towards our goals.”
