In this week’s podcast episode, we explore the qualities and relationships of the root chakra. There is some debate whether sexual energy is connected to this chakra. Where do you feel your sexual energy in your chakra system? Can the root chakra be about more than just safety, roots, your foundation, ancestry and sense of security? The kundalini serpent lays coiled at the root chakra, and she can be awakened through sexual energy and the activation in this chakra. When we explore the energy body, we tend to break it into parts to explore different energy centers and qualities reflected in our lives. In so doing, we may be limiting our understanding of the potency of our sexual energy which is also our spiritual energy.
