Day of the Dead, (Dia De Los Muertos) is a holiday that originated in Mexico to celebrate family, both the living and the dead. Decorating skulls, marigolds, inviting deceased family members to dine with the living, and enjoying the last harvest are traditional ways to celebrate this holiday. On November 1st, Get ready to light your candles, set your altar, and share your drink and food with your loved ones while the veil is thin to the other side. Make sure to put out your the pictures of your family to honor the dead and call them back home for a night of remembrance and love.
