Description
Re- caping the 4th of July and all the food situations I had to navigate! Then things get really real and I share my T1D diagnosis experience. It's still really emotional for me to talk about it's because I still have sadness and anger surrounding this disease. My hope is to education and spread awareness about symptoms and knowing what to look for.
I hope you learn something today and have compassion for other people living with invisible diseases. We are going through a lot inside and for me, I always put on a happy face but sometimes inside I am sad and angry that I have to live with this forever. It's a freaking rollercoaster, man.
