“I have always loved Gwyneth so subscribing to this podcast was an automatic! Oprah is just everything! I thoroughly enjoyed this conversation & gained some great life gems from it.
It’s always nice to just listen to women you admire speak from their experiences and life lessons that can help you in your own life.
It’s true that we need to start living for ourselves. A lot of times we get so lost in the things that happen around us and to us, that we don’t take the time to just inhale and exhale and realize the simplicity in it all.
It could all be so simple.
