Grateful
I love this show deeply! Honestly this show has been a bridge for me from feeling quite lost to a lot more visionary and inspired! Before I was referred to this show I felt like I was in a pit of despair about climate change, not knowing how to be in a world with my climate grief, and not knowing how to act. I felt like all the media I was consuming was lacking heart and depth and seemed to exist in a commercial wellness space. I also felt like some of the climate change solutions I was becoming aware of, while valuable, felt really technology based and like they existed within society and cities in a way that I don’t completely desire or know how to naturally participate in. While I still feel some of these feels, this show, has a lot of heart and depth, beauty and earthiness, vision and community, woven into it and has honestly helped me to shift and rediscover my own orientation. Its helped me bring together seemingly separate threads like living on the road, ecology and environmental literacy, herbalism and healing, art and music, anarchist community, animals, and more, and realize none of that is separate at all. Her guests have such varied interesting life paths which are all unique and connected to the land, ancestrally relevant and relevant to the times. I’m really grateful to the work of Kelly and all of her guests for sharing in a way that fills me with this kind of inspiration and patchwork of hopeful, helpful, grounded world views.

Kelly has s brilliant and I’m so glad she’s out there doing what she does. Love it when the podcast turns to medicinal plants and herbalism stuff but appreciate that it encompasses far more than that.
