Life-giving, honest, and full of hope
I listened to the first two podcasts while working in my kitchen today and found myself repeatedly moved to good and holy tears. I am so grateful for the honest, life-giving truths shared. This podcast stares suffering in the face. Here’s what I heard: Life is hard, but we aren’t alone. God sees. God knows. God is working. Nothing in our lives is meaningless. We have great hope. Our sufferings have Purpose. Jesus is singing over us and causing all things to go along according to his good and holy plan. His plan for us in a fallen world is often hard, but God reveals himself so sweetly and deeply in the suffering and hard places when we search for him there. Great treasure is found for those who hope in him and look to him and his word for direction, encouragement, and hope. I think this podcast will be used by God to encourage many and help us persevere. Thank you. I’ll be listening again.
