Minneapolis was awarded the 2020 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships on Tuesday. Episode 28 of The Guillotine Grapevine will get an immediate Minnesota-themed reaction about the championships coming to U.S. Bank Stadium in March of 2020.
We'll see what went into the bid process with Senior Associate Athletic Director at the University of Minnesota Tom McGinnis, the reaction from head wrestling coach Brandon Eggum, the "what to do's" with Gopher alum and Minneapolis resident Mack Reiter and we'll get a fan perspective from longtime wrestling supporter Mike Busch of Mike Busch State Farm in Rochester.

Bobby Steveson came into the University of Minnesota from nearby Apple Valley High School as the top-ranked 195-pounder in the country. A champion at the USA Wrestling Junior Nationals, Steveson looked to be one of the anchors for the upper weights for the Gophers.
