My main concern is this: as a scientist myself and someone with GI issues who eats food… Please cite references and further reading when a guest such as Dr. Pimentel states that lactobacillus is bad for the small bowel without any other explanation. Just probiotics? Yogurt? Kefir? This can come off as confusing and frustrating for those of us who are only trying to do the best for our gut as it sends us down the rabbit hole looking for published research on Google without much success. I’d like to think that the premise of your newly published book is not to create more frustration in this community. Thank you.
