“Have been a long time listener and fan of Hank Haney for many years. His expert opinions and instruction are spot on and I always look forward to his and Steve’s terrific content. Make no mistake however, this five star rating does not relate to Minnesota Tim in any way shape or form. From what rock did Hank find this inexperienced, arrogant, lack of Golf knowledge, lack of game goof ball? Where does this guy get off on smashing Rory Mcilroy? The guy is going to be a first ballet hall of famer! He is a world class player who has won multiple majors, fed ex cups, Ryder cups etc. and has spent a lot of time as the world #1. Minnesota Tim has no business being a part of this show or any other Golf podcast for that matter.
Wow! Minnesota Tim, did I touch a nerve?
I find it hysterical that you thought it necessary to talk about “grammatical errors” and that I missed and an opportunity to really drive my point home by adding an onslaught of extra exclamation points to my previous review. All in all I must have done a decent job for you to spend the first 10 minutes of the pod talking about it.
Anyway, I wanted to comment on yet another incredible piece of insight regarding Jordan Spieth making a change to his swing after having such a dominant year in 2015. We all completely understand that he has struggled over the last several seasons and sadly it’s hard to know why his game has gone south recently however, there is a golfer by the name of Tiger Woods (maybe you’ve heard of him) that decided to make a swing change in 1997 after winning the Masters by 12 shots. He also made a swing change when changing instructors from Butch Harmon to Hank Haney and won an even higher percentage of the tournaments that he entered after making the change. Point being, these players are always trying to get better no matter how great they are playing at the time, even the greatest player of all time. If you are not working on your game and trying to improve then inevitably your are going to regress. There are always going to be a group of hungry up and comers that are going to be looking to knock you off of your pedestal. Last but not least, if you feel that somehow I was being cowardly by not including my real name to my review, that’s called a user name which automatically gets posted when you write a review genius!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just wanted to be sure I included enough punctuation for you bud.
Sincerely,
Paul Metzger aka. Hollywood22”
