A review of episode 5: The One Thing You Can Do Today To Improve Your IBS Symptoms As someone who suffers from IBSD and anxiety, I’ve often been told that to help IBS, I needed to reduce my stress. However, I was never really given tangible ways to do this, making this seem like a daunting task. I appreciate so much being adviced a specific way to start doing this, for the first time! My sleep schedule had been erratic during this quarantine season, so I will begin tomorrow trying to keep a consistent schedule to see if this helps my stress and my symptoms. I believe it will since this podcast even gives specifics on how this works including explanations of the circadian rhythm and stress hormones, giving sound backing for its recommendations. I’m excited to keep listening to this podcast to learn more about how to healthily manage my body and develop a happy gut! My Instagram handle is @mollieripple ☺️💩
