If you’re struggling with gut health, look no further!
As someone who struggles with IBS-D, it has been debilitating and confusing to educate myself on how to improve gut health and gain control back in my life. I’ve been following Erin through her podcast here and on Instagram for quite some time now and her tips/guidance has been so helpful in my healing journey. Digestion and poop are such taboo subjects in our society… even though it’s one of the most important parts of our bodies that we ALL have in common. I love that Erin advocates to normalize talking about GI and educating ourselves the best we can!
