Eye Opening look into the trial process
The Podcasters provide good insight into what is actually transpiring in the courtroom with the verbatim witness accounts. It is fascinating to hear the story an attorney wants to weave with a witness. I think the podcasters highlight what the jury is hearing beyond the factual account of the assaults, which will influence their final decision, whether we like it or not. The podcast shows us that in a trial, witness accounts do not come across as black and white like they can in a news report.

I think it’s a good idea to have readings of the transcript but the hosts of this don’t sound educated in this case and the history. Check out Ronan Farrow book / podcast.
