“As other listeners have said, I very much appreciate the reading of the transcripts. Is anyone else curious as to how this podcast seems to be the only podcast or journalistic outlet that even has access to these transcripts?
I would normally be quick to donate to an effort such as this, but I find it to be unsettling that the hosts’ commentary is very clearly judging some of the witnesses for their testimony, and are very quick to agree with any holes the defense finds. I’ve listened very carefully and have not found even a few instances in which either host has negatively commented about the defense team.
I wish the hosts would keep in mind that as they comment, they have the scope of all that was spoken during the trial each day, where as they are deciding which pieces of testimony are most important.
I hope in the days to come the hosts can learn to refrain from commenting on what they would have done in a given situation- that kind insensitive commentary is not journalism.”
