Tucked away on a small side street in Wallins Creek, Kentucky, is the Hembree. Built in 1910 by Charles W. Hembree, this home was believed to have been a doctor's office and a known funeral home. Charles A. Hembree, a soldier in the army was a mortician and practiced out of the house. The original flooring and structures in the house have absorbed so much energy from the funerals held there.
