Description
I am so excited to be offering another informative live Q and A to help you get answers to your health problems. This time we have Brendan Reid aka The Fat Ginger Nerd. For Brendan, the idea that he could ever lose any weight at all, let alone keep it off afterward was, for so long, nothing more in his mind, than an impossible dream.  And yet, in under two years, that dream eventually, finally, become reality, and in the end, all it took was for him to have found advice that actually tangibly worked. Having since lost more than 50 kilograms, he's remained weight stable now for five years and counting, and during that time he's had plenty of opportunity to reflect and even wrote a book on his experiences. It was a great opportunity to ask those important questions and get the straight answers from someone who has lived and breathed weight loss - along with all the struggles and strains.
