Listen now
Description
In this conversation, I talked with the lovely Heather Heynen about why we struggle to follow through on our promises, even when they are important to us. Heather has worked in private practice as a licensed mental health therapist, health coach and exercise professional for over 20 years.  There is considerable alignment between my career and Heather’s, including owning gyms and our passion for the outdoors. Heather is a keen rock climber and mountain biker and takes on solo multi-day challenges. She has a list of credentials after her name. (LPC-MH, QMHP, NCC) Heather is a recovered binge-eater/restrictor and yo-yo dieter, so she understands the challenges both personally and professionally. In this episode, we have some good laughs about our personal experiences. Heather’s mission is to bring whole person health (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual) to individuals so they can live their best lives.
