Incredibly real, insightful, and heartfelt!
THIS show is exactly what we all need. Here are my favourite things about The Hidden 20%: - Diversity of the guests - different walks of life, different divergences, different experiences. We hear from doctors, advocates, young, old, spouses, parents, and more! - Commonality of story - THE STIGMA IS REAL. It has been so enlightening to learn how common the experience of stigma and stereotype is for folks from every different condition. It’s sad, of course, but also reminds us we have more in common than divides us. GREAT lesson. - Highlighting the beautiful skills neurodivergence brings to the world. Sure, we have challenges, but with a bit of understanding from the other 80%, we are all wired to thrive in our own way! - Listening without judgment - Ben does a great job at probing and listening. I never feel he is judging a perspective, just diving deep on curiosity. I believe this is they key to belonging when it comes to any difference! Thank you for creating this, team. I look forward to season 2! Keep it coming!

I found this podcast through the Kit Hartington episode and found it so helpful. With two neurodivergent kids and neurodivergent husband I found listening to Kit and Ben soothing, validating and illuminating. Great work - keep it up!
