Must listen for anyone curious about neurodivergence
I often think of the importance of that often meme’d phrase from Ann Voskamp ‘shame dies when stories are told in safe places’. For so many neurodivergent people, late diagnosed or otherwise, their neurodivergent strengths are hidden under multiple layers of shame. That experience of trying to be ‘yourself’ and being teased, bullied or ridiculed is a common one. Ben’s podcast exploring the vulnerable stories of his guests has been so healing for me- as a late diagnosed AuDHDer. The sharing of experiences, feelings (sometimes the most difficult of feelings) and relationships is so moving, as well as empowering for people like me figuring out how to ‘be’ in the world now we know the truth of our experiences. Thank you Ben ❤️

Great guests who were all at ease in sharing their stories. A great podcast for raising awareness....Read full review »
