“I randomly stumbled on their Instagram page and was so excited for this podcast. Got five minutes in to the first episode and they’re bashing aspects of self care that they read in a random book. Actually, keeping a gratitude journal has been scientifically proved to boost mood and self-esteem. It takes less than 30 seconds a day. I was shocked to hear two unintelligent girls claim self care is only for privileged people. They missed the mark big time and they never did any research. I got 5 minutes in and realized it’s two privileged girls thinking they’re better than everyone else. Hard pass.”
