Meet Debbie. From her off-grid, and boat access only, home located on the Queen Charlotte Track in Aotearoa New Zealand, trailblazer Dr Debbie Early offers in-person and virtual women's wellbeing adventures. She has taught internationally weaving the benefits of walking and writing (reflectively and creatively), together with other types of creative expression, to deepen belonging and biophilia and to support the wellbeing of people and planet. Debbie is author of "Forest Bathing with My Clothes On: One Woman's Biophilic Journey of Belonging, Wellbeing and Transformation with a Path towards Adapting to Change". She previously lived in the Delaware Valley area for many years and loved hiking segments of the AT as well as The Rockies. She enjoys adventures hiking in her brilliant backyard as well as photography, drumming and reading.
