Waterboarding Would Be Preferable
Love Curb. Love Lar. Jeff’s constant interruptions have made this show unlistenable. The interruptions are about things he’s done or people he knows. No one cares. What an obnoxious narcissist. No wonder he was killed off on The Goldbergs. Susie seems to be increasingly frustrated. He says he’s a food vacuum; he’s also a conversation vacuum. Jeff is on record as acknowledging the issue but says he doesn’t care. Huh? Is he a 2 year old? But the sponsors should care. There are dozens of them. Most commercial breaks of any podcast. PS- in addition every other word is the F word with him. I think there’s something off there. Very weird.

More reviews of The History Of Curb Your Enthusiasm With Jeff Garlin & Susie Essman
Jeff Garlin talks over his co-host, tells meandering stories that go nowhere, is sycophantic and just isn’t funny. And then there’s that voice: a jumble of spit, air compressor, bluster and entitlement. I learned little except that maybe the show isn’t quite as great as I’d once thought.

(As Larry would say)

Was looking forward to this and as I listened was enjoying some of the insights into the show but I just can’t stand Jeff’s interruptions. Makes listening hard work. Hopefully it improves and he lets her get a thought out (and he stops saying “by the way”).
