Enjoyable podcast
Have listened to several episodes and agree with the other reviewers that this is a worthwhile podcast for lovers of literature. I just wanted to add that the episode about bad poetry was hysterically funny--a difficult feat to pull off with such a topic, but Jacke hit the right tone, chose the extremes of bad poetry (mostly from several decades into the past, so generally not offensive to present day poets). Loved that episode!

This pocast surpasses any show I have ever heard on literate. Listening to BBC podcasts on literature is like eating granite compared to this exquisite 3 Michelin star restaurant of delights. Among the top 5 podcasts in the known Universe - this is high praise coming from a Podcast junkie!

Was excited to check out episode on Indian literature, but does this person always use the same tedious flow of reading? And maybe it’s the episode I started with (10), but some of the babble was just too uninformative to bear. (15:20-15:50??)
