My favourite podcast
I adore this podcast. I may not always agree with Jacke, but his take on books and poetry is always interesting and to the point. His delivery is confessional - I feel as if he is whispering in my ear, telling me secrets about so many things. Every episode is a mind-expanding experience - even the books I thought I knew are widened in scope by Jacke and Mike. Excellent interviews with authors, too. Loved particularly the episodes on Blake, Checkov, Bob Hernon, and of course, the bad poetry one that had me laughing out loud in the street.

If you are a bookwork (or runner!) this podcast is...Read full review »

This show is rich without being dense, intense without being daunting, and the host...Read full review »
