The spies would return from their journey of exploring the Promised Land, with a great report of the land and its produce… However, they wouldn’t remember the promises that God gave them. Instead the spies would cause the people to turn against Moses and ultimately God. Why? Because of fear. Fear of the people that lived in the land!
