“So I’ve downloaded a lot of new podcasts in the last 12 months, this being one of the newest as I attempted to expand my Winter Sports library. I don’t know much about Ice Hockey, but the topics and news talked about here are good, clear and precise in such a way that it’s easy for a hockey novice to keep up. However, I will now be unsubscribing, after comments made by one of the hosts on the most recent episode (17th February 2021) - people are allowed opinions, for sure, but saying that you “actively distance yourself from anyone who watches or has anything to do with The Big Bang Theory” is disgusting and taking it way too far. If you don’t like the show, fine, but you can’t slam anyone who does watch it, everyone has different interests in their lives and comments like that are not very respectful at all. I personally love that show, and it has helped me through severe mental health problems I’ve suffered these last 12 months through lockdown after lockdown, and your comments really insulted me. You don’t know what other people are going through, or what they use for coping mechanisms, so please, think twice before you make comments like that again. Just because you don’t like something, doesn’t mean other people feel the same way. Disappointed.”
