Good and bad
Some good information overall but a smug tone overall, like their opinion is fact when it’s actually more nuanced. You can interview people without interjecting your opinion with snarky remarks and a hollier than thou attitude. For example the comment about cane sugar and other sweeteners, saying just because cane sugar affects your glucose levels the same as a less processed option then “who cares”, is very hypocritical when all you talk about is getting food from the source. Refined cane sugar is very processed and will affect your overall health differently, say for example in how it affects your gut health and how you may absorb other nutrients. Hypocritical and dangerous message to listeners and a turn off for me. It’s fine to have opinions but don’t present it as fact.

If you’re wealthy, able-bodied, & white - this is a podcast catering to you. If not, steer clear. You cannot advocate for “real” food & then tear down tools that people with disabilities use to eat - corn on the cob tools - because you think it’s lazy. Do better.
