Gritty and gripping
Delores is a tale of murder amidst the equally dark and devastating effects of gentrification. Delores, determined to live “above board” after serving 16 years in prison returns to her old hood to find that virtually nothing is the same. What follows is her homicidal descent into madness and seclusion underground. I found this podcast as a recommendation on my morning commute to work. Here I am now back at home and I managed to listen to the entire show in one day. This show has excellent vocal talent, writing, sound effects and scoring. Be prepared to get sucked in!
