Give it a go
I find these episodes as good listening during a long drive. While I'm hooked, I do find some chapters lacking in development. I believe that this can cause problems with episodic books. Each episode has to have as much impact as previous good episodes to maintain listener interest. Stay away from the "canned" teenager lingo and pubescent thoughts, and stick to the mysterious goings on. This book has a lot going for it, but some further development could hone it. Explore a bit of the surreal. The episodes so far have teased about it, but haven't yet delivered. Narration is very good. Keep developing it. It has good potential.

I am really enjoying this book and am excited for every new chapter. It has originality and twists and turns in the plot. I can't wait to see where it all ends up for Monson and his friends.
