“That’s the most accurate thing I can say is that it’s hit and miss. When it’s at its best it’s really a fantastic podcast. When it’s at its worst then it’s a real tough listen.. unfortunately that swing is episode to episode and there’s not a lot in between best and worst. If you’re like me then there’s a long stretch where you get more than you bargained for with personal politics sold a little condescendingly as the only right outlook on politics/life/hunting. There are a lot of hypocritical hunting ethics and outlooks especially in the early days of the podcast and slightly condescending hunting “purism” that didn’t really float my boat. If you don’t mind filtering through the bad to get to the good then I would recommend listening overall.”
