Listen if you are fascinated by human history and/or technology
If you are someone, like me, that is fascinated how humans ended up in the word we have today, especially given +90% of human history we were hunter-gatherers, this is a great podcast. It’s an examination of the last 250 years in particular, but the lead up is so interesting (I especially love the bonus episode titles “why not China?”). The narrator moves FAST but keeps your interest. And his passion is addictive, especially when he talks about his personal interests, like what would Thomas More think of our world? I’m hooked.

More reviews of The Industrial Revolutions
Insightful, engaging, informative, The Industrial Revolutions podcast is a new favorite. Dave does an excellent job of weaving a complex history into an interesting story. I’ve learned so much from this podcast and can’t wait to hear more.

Host has slightly annoying smartassy type voice but the intentions are all good and the content is excellent. I wish he would give more of his sources to inspire further reading.
