Head and shoulders better than any other
It’s not often you can find experienced winemakers openly talking about their specific practices and decision in winemaking. Most do not want their techniques copied or criticized. So any type of winemaking show out there is usually vague or for the beginner. Any shows not for the beginner will only touch on topics- never getting specific enough. This show is exactly what I craved yet couldn’t find. Detailed in practices. Chemistry. Vineyards. Entire episodes on so2, ph&TA, oak, corks—natural ferments ——Jim gets into the nitty gritty of all of it- unlike other typical snobbish winemakers— and I can’t get enough. Keep up the good work Jim. Go Zaga!

Matt Reid is awesome and PWR wines are great....Read full review »
