“My favorite part about the show is that Spencer and Razib are very honest and realistic about the edges of human population genetics. They give their opinions on what we know, how we know it and what's left to learn. Sure they're optimistic about the future and what will eventually be possible but not overly so like the singularity people who keep pushing the singularity out.
Favorite things I've learned so far:
Ancient DNA promises to shed light on past human migration especially in India
Throughout history the population of people living in what we call modern day Europe has been almost completely replaced several times
Just how big the consumer genomics explosion really is”
