“I just listened to the tough kids episode with Mark and actually burst into tears. I’ve been so fortunate to work with Mark and Dino (and Lindy - through Mark’s recommendation) to help support my son and hearing them talk about understanding what’s driving the behaviour of children and empowering parents and educators to ‘bring kids in’ in those tough moments was wonderful. The line where Mark says parents come to him at really difficult times so his engagement and the way he does so is critical; hit me in the heart. That was certainly my experience when I sought his (and Dino’s) advice and expertise. He talks of children seeking connection, in that moment, parents are too. And Dino take the compliment - you are amazing! Please, please, please keep up the great episodes.”
