Description
Greece’s residency by investment program could soon get a lot more expensive. The minimum investment amount is expected to increase to about 500,000 euros. Mary Tsiganou, vice president of the Athens-based firm Synergia SA, running the brand name Golden Visa Greece by Energopiisi, chats with podcast host Salman Siddiqui about the reason for this change and what impact it could have on the country’s program. She also explains why investors looking to get properties in the capital and its suburbs shouldn’t wait to invest. Tsiganou also talks about the latest trends in the program, and why Americans, Brits and Turks are increasingly opting for the Greek program.
