Dr Nelofer Gafoor is a Consultant Interventional Radiologist at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth. Nelo shares her journey from a small town in India to becoming an Interventional Radiologist in the UK. She discusses navigating the UK medical training system, her passion for Radiology sparked by observing her first IR procedure as a Medical Registrar, and the benefits of Academy-based Radiology training. Nelo also reflects on her IR Fellowship in Canada, highlighting the extensive hands-on experience she gained.
