Description
In this episode I share my insights from working in the beauty industry and how to reveal your REAL beauty. ““To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.” — Thich Nhat Hanh If you are wondering why this  show is called 'the super soul model' - it's because it's a play on words from the journey that started it all off for me which was working as a male model over 20 years ago.  My  journey was one of self and soul discovery in the most unlikeliest of places and careers. Little did I know that I'd get to work in some of the most incredible locations around the world, jet-setting internationally and rubbing shoulders and working on sets with some incredible people - getting to do some fun and super stylish shoots. Whilst relishing the opportunities before me, I learned a thing or two about myself, about life, about the heart, the mind, the body and the soul. I really wanted to understand and embody what the true meaning of heath, wellbeing and beauty was so that I might be able to create a space for a little bit of heaven on earth around me (not always easy but a way of life). In this episode l share: What difference between the external and internalThe attributes of real beautyWhat you can do to reveal your inner beauty.
