“I’ve been following and listening to Jeff’s podcasts since he was at Gamespot. I don’t agree with him on much but he can explain why he feels the way he does about games and I respect his opinions. I’ve always viewed him as like an “Eric Cartman” in the groups he’s ran in. Which is great. He brings out the passion in others and comes with decades of stories and connections in gaming. Jeff alone though loses the best part of Jeff, the people he knows and grows with. The people he has the ability to bring out the best in. This podcast isn’t for me, which as someone who’s followed Jeff for literally more than a decade, is kind of sad. I hope to see him find a great group of people some day in the future to podcast with again but also accept this may be the future for Jeff. I wish him all the best and hope his future is full of happiness and success, even if that’s just him sitting in a room alone talking to the masses. As long as he’s happy. PS, Yoshi’s Island is fine.”
