There are about a million reasons why I think, anyone in to fitness or who wants to be in to fitness needs to follow Jordan Syatt! He is REAL, breaks all the since down into the simplest of terms, that even the newest newbie can understand, he simplifies methods so it’s achievable by all, he is passionate, he is funny and he swears.. that’s just naming a few.. SHOUT OUT JORDAN for developing the mini podcast method of answering those who disagree with you. It’s a different approach that results in a listeners ability to fine tune or dial in the truth! Going to stop typing now so I can start enjoying episode 2!
